一块地道的“毛氏红烧肉”软糯鲜香,令人齿颊留香,回味无穷。今天我们来到毛泽东1959年回乡下榻的韶山宾馆,来揭秘“毛氏红烧肉”的独特做法。

A piece of well cooked “Mao’s Braised Pork” tastes tender and fragrant, thus leaving an endless and unforgettable aftertaste in your mouth. Today, we’re at the Shaoshan Hotel, where late Chairman Mao stayed during his homecoming in 1959, to uncover how this special cuisine is made.
