在湘潭湘乡,人们饲养着这样一群山羊。它们在山中攀登活动,啃食百草、喝天然泉水。这种羊以黑色为主,品质优良,被称为壶天石羊。因它的肉质鲜美、不腥不膻,深受食客青睐。
In the Xiangxiang County, Xiang tan City, local people feeds a group of goat who climb mountains, eat fresh plants, and drink mountain spring everyday. This kind of goat, mainly black and with high quality, is called “Hu Tian Bharal”, because its meat is of great umami without any unpleasant smell, which attracts many foodies.
旺火焯水,小火慢熬,到肉烂味浓后,加入当归等滋补药材,汤汁乳白可爱,羊肉香气直扑脑门。一碗热气腾腾的羊肉汤下肚,精气神立马就上来了。
Blanch with high heat, and then stew with gentle heat. When the taste of mutton soup gets stronger, add some Chinese herbs, such as Angelica. As times goes by, the soup gets milky white. With the smell coming straight to the nose, the eater is fueled immediately by eating up a bowl of hot mutton soup.
